Global Suhaimi was founded in 1976, to offer contracting services in abrasive blast cleaning, high pressure cleaning, application of protective and decorative coating, traffic markings, insulation, fire proofing, water proofing, chemical resistant lining and fiber glass lining. The company expanded to cover U.A.E. & India markets. The company also markets and sells abrasives, resins, quality assurance instruments, spray pumps and many other paint application equipment.

Alsuhaimi Company's collaboration with McClelland Engineers on site investigation projects led to the McClelland-Suhaimi partnership in 1975. (Name changed later to Fugro-Suhaimi after merger of McClelland and Fugro NV-HOLLAND). Fugro-Suhaimi provides services in the field of geotechnical engineering, quality control and quality assurance, concrete rehabilitation studies, calibration services, pile installation, monitoring and load tests, cathodic protection, N.D.T. satellite surveying, concrete slab corring & cutting, and specialized drilling.

Fugro-Suhaimi ltd. in association with Fugro Airborne Survey executed an aeromagnetic survey for Saudi Aramco’s Exploration Division between 2001 and 2002. The contract required the survey of 1.8 million line kilometers of TRIAX magnetic data to be acquired.
